What we do

Be inspired to cook with wholesome, nourishing ingredients and learn the therapeutic power of good food with us, Vicky and Caroline, friends and professional chefs, who run Everyday Healthy cooking workshops. We want to share our knowledge and passion of healthy cooking with you and show you how nutritious food can be simple to create, taste delicious and make you feel amazing.

Classes

Relaxed and informative, the demo-based classes take place in our Wandsworth kitchens. We teach you how to create delicious, nutritious, balanced meals that will nourish your body and pack your diet full of essential nutrients. We currently have six classes available to book: Everyday Healthy, Food for Friends, Power Breakfasts,  On-the-go Lunches, Nourish your Family & ‘Not so naughty’ Sweet Treats.
