I had a wonderful πŸ˜ƒ Bank Holiday weekend enjoying the most incredible sourdough bread-making experience with @mabakerbakes in her beautiful Welsh kitchen 🍞✨
We learned so much about sourdough baking:  learning why it’s better for our bodies,
Simple salads for sunny 😎 days! 

Roasted carrot πŸ₯• & feta salad 
Oven 180C - mix lots of carrots with olive oil, salt & spices (I used cumin, paprika and sumac) - place on a baking tray and roast for about 20 mins. Pop into a bowl - drizzle
Delicious πŸ˜‹ and nutrient packed dips and seeded crackers for a sunny 😎 week in the UK... these were for a client's dinner at the weekend
