Melinda Rushe (here) is a Wellness Coach, author and stress-relief specialist in women’s health and wellbeing. She has been teaching and practicing heart centred yoga & mindfulness for over 30 years. Over the weekend Mel will teach a dynamic vinyasa style of yoga plus Yoga Nidra (this is a deep relaxation technique sometimes called ‘yogic sleep’ - 20 minutes feels like 2 hours of deep restful sleep - it’s magic). She will also be sharing short wellness and self-care talks throughout the weekend, teaching you simple but effective tools that you can take with you when you return home to ‘real’ life..

food & cooking class

Caroline is a bespoke chef and Nutrition Coach and will be creating delicious, wholesome meals and tasty treats to nourish you throughout the weekend. She will also be hosting an informative cooking and nutrition lunchtime workshop. She will explain the importance of blood sugar balance for overall wellbeing, educate you as to why certain foods can be so beneficial for your health and demo a delicious lunch and snacks which you will then all enjoy in Launceston Farm’s traditional farmhouse kitchen.
