What we do

Learn about nutrition and be inspired to cook with wholesome, nourishing ingredients and understand the therapeutic power of good food with us, Vicky and Caroline. We are both chefs, have a professional qualification as a Nutrition Coach and we want to share our knowledge and passion of healthy cooking with you and show you how to create tasty, nutritious food and why it will make you feel amazing.


Wandsworth Cooking Classes

The demo-based classes take place in our Wandsworth kitchens. We teach you how to create delicious, nutritious and balanced meals but, with our nutritional coaching background, will also educate you as to why certain foods can have a beneficial or damaging effect on your health. Classes available to book are: Everyday Healthy, Healthy Food for Friends, Energy Boosting & Mood Food, Nourish your Family & ‘Not so naughty’ Sweet Treats.
